Mission

To provide educational opportunities and bring about social inclusion for young students and professionals by providing a world class education advisory serviceand leadership programmes for young people aged 18-35 in Latin America and South East Europe, working in partnership with NGOs, EU projects/agencies and others, leading social change at community, regional, national and international levels.

Vision

To be the learning community interest company supporting European education and policy projects for social development, inclusion and leadership and create a European community of young professionals who lead positive social change and democratic development in Latin America and South East Europe.

Product and service breakdown

Training & Education:

- Training and non-formal learning activities with scholars/ workers / leaders / trainers/ policy practitioners;

- Creation of an effective platform for exchange of educational/professional experience between educators, trainers and young professionals; - Development of a long term training program, creation of national network of trainers and networking ideas for social action;

Knowledge transfer:

- Seminars,workshops, network meetings, studies on various topics with researchers, policymakers and practitioners:

- Facilitate information exchange, networking and relationship building among people working in varioussocial/policy fields;

- Brokering & networking between government, agencies and organisations to develop more integrated policy and effective advocacy;

Networking

- Web Knowledge Centre to create a platform for publishing courses that will bring opportunities for young people to pursue basic or advanced knowledge at the Social Policy Field, Management, leadership development, etc.;

- Research Network to provide critical evaluation, syntheses, analysis and filtering of relevant information about Social Policy, market analysis and delivering participative action research;

Consultancy

- Executing social and political studies;

- Training and assisting NGO's (local and Western Europe) to professionalize administration and project management within the organization.
