WHAT IS ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Organizational development is an effort to improve organization's problem solving and renewal processes in order to increase organization's effectiveness and viability. It is a strategy intended to change the organizational culture, attitudes, values and the structure of the organization to adapt better to new situations (circumstances, market, challenges, new technologies). Organizational development can involve interventions (often with assistance of a consultant like BA2C and the use of an organizational development tool) in the organization's 'processes' as well as organizational reflection, system/technology improvement, self-analysis all with the intention to initiate business excellence and to deliver results. Organizational development is a process of continuous improvement and never stops.
SUCCESSFULLY INTRODUCING ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN YOUR ORGANIZATION Because organizational development is a continuous process companies and organizations should develop and organizational development strategy before starting implementing the process.
