HISTORY

In 2006 a group of consultants & project managers from leading international consultancies started to be an entrepreneur and founded BA2C EUROPE. In 2007 they explored their activities to Central America and founded Business Advice - America Central. The focus of our activities is assisting European and Latin American companies to operate more efficiently. Our specialisation is developing (new) organizational structures, improvement and executing project management, interim management and develop organizational development/strategic knowledge of our clients.

HIGHLIGHTS

2006: Start of BA2C EUROPE in The Netherlands;

2006: Executing projects in Europe for companies like ISIT and ACN Telecommunications;

2007: Start of Business Advice - America Central in Guatemala;

2007: Assisting European multinationals to enter Central American markets;

2007-2009: Consulting/project management assignments Latin American/European companies;

2008-2009: Project management assignments with TNT Express and major electricity company;

2009: Starting feasibility studies for organizations on the African continent;

2009-2010: Developing project management/executing projects with police in the Netherlands.
